About Us

Authentic Piedmont was born from the founders’ desire to share their passion for the Alta Langa and Piedmont region. Authentic Piedmont promotes cultural exchanges and exploration of the territory.

Matthew and Lorena will escort you in the discovery of this authentic land, largely unknown to outsiders. You will be introduced to culinary wonders, historical and artistic treasures, and fascinating Piedmontese traditions.

All the while you will be given the opportunity to participate in various workshops tailored to your specific needs, incorporating stimulating hands on instruction with insightful and fun excursions in the region.

What We Do

Authentic Piedmont organizes workshops, in collaboration with art, culinary, and linguistic schools. The Langa region was recently enlisted as a UNESCO site for its distinctive landscape, history, and culture. We deeply love this land and are proud to share our knowledge of the area, offering customized workshops for schools, teachers and their pupils. Our trips are designed to meet your needs:

  – we book appropriate accommodation, with room for running workshops;
  – arrange delicious meals, exciting excursions, and all transportation;
  – arrange for any specific needs or supplies for participants;
  – provide assistance before, during, and following the trip.

“The use of travelling is to regulate imagination by reality, and instead of thinking how things may be, to see them as they are.”
–
