Description

If you enjoy preparing and eating Italian cuisine this workshop will fill you with pure joy. Benefit from the experience of seasoned chefs through a series of culinary workshops. Gain insight into Piemontese culture through workshops run by locals and the best cooks in Italy, grandmothers. You will be exposed to the pillars of Italian cooking, antipasti (appetizers), primi (first course), secondi (second course), dolce (desert), and digestivi (digestives or liqueurs). Learn about and taste the local robiola goat cheese famous in the Langa, dive into truffle folklore, and sip famous wines like Barolo, Barbaresco, and Dolcetto.

During the workshop participants will also have the pleasure of exploring the rolling hills of the Langa, visiting the picturesque villages in the Bormida valley, as well as important cultural centers such as Turin, Alba, and Mondovi. To discover the real Italy you must first understand their food. Make sure to come with an empty stomach!
